Q1. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

1. Bebe Zoom members can log in to their accounts and click on “Orders” to view order details and order status updates.

2. Guests will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the order and a link. To protect your privacy, you can check the status of your order by clicking on the link and creating your Bebe Zoom account.

3. If you have not received our confirmation email, please click here and enter the email address you used to make your purchase. We will be happy to send you the confirmation email.

Q2. CAN I ORDER BY PHONE OR EMAIL?

We do not take orders by phone or email. You can place orders from our website only.

Q3. I HAVE ORDERED, CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes, contact our customer service by clicking here to make changes to your shipping details. Remember that an address can only be changed if the order has not been shipped yet (You have 24 hours to make the modification of shipping address).

Q4. I ORDERED SOMETHING. CAN I ADD AN ITEM?

Q5. I MADE AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?

Yes, contact our customer service by clicking here to cancel your order. Remember that an order can only be canceled if the order has not yet been shipped (You have 24 hours to make the order cancellation).

Q6. HOW TO ORDER?

To order, simply visit our catalog. Once on our product catalog, simply choose the items of your choice by clicking Add to Cart. Then go to your cart and proceed to the payment of your order.

Shipping

Q1. WHAT ARE THE COUNTRIES TO WHICH YOU SHIP?

We deliver worldwide. From the moment you place an order with us, we are committed to ship the products to you.

Q2. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

The delivery time is between 2 and 4 weeks. Exceptionally, it can happen that the delivery time goes up to 7 weeks maximum for countries outside of Europe & North America.

It’s much closer to 2 than 7 but sometimes it’s a bit longer.

It’s because we work directly with manufacturers, which allows us to offer you the best prices.

In any case, if you have not received your item within 7 weeks (49 days) then we will refund you and keep the item when you receive it.

It also takes 2-5 days to process your order.

Q3. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Our shipping cost is 3.95 € per product although sometimes we may offer Free shipping through email offers so don’t hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter.

Q4. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Beyond 7 weeks, if you still have not received your package, we will refund you upon your request.

Q5. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ALL THE ITEMS OF MY ORDER, IS IT NORMAL?

When you order several items in the same order, it is quite normal that your order is delivered in several packages.

Since we work with several different manufacturers, the parcels can arrive with a difference of few days (which makes it possible to prolong the joy of discovering a new package in your mailbox on several days), but do not worry, the rest of your order will arrive shortly!

Q6. WHY DELIVERY TIMES ARE LONG?

We work with Asian suppliers and this leads to significant delivery times.

We prefer to focus on the quality of the products, rather than on the speed of delivery.

On average, delivery times for Europe and North America are 2 to 4 weeks. But sometimes they can reach 7 weeks.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Q1. WHAT IS THE BEBE ZOOM EXCHANGE POLICY?

Currently, we are not able to offer the exchange for any order shipped. If you want a different size or a different item, please place a new order.

Q2. WHAT IS THE BEBE ZOOM RETURN POLICY?

Your satisfaction is our first concern. You may return any item you are not satisfied with within 14 days of receiving your order, and you will receive a full refund once we have received the returned package. Contact us by clicking here to help you with the return process.

Please note that you are responsible for the return fee.
